The Performance School of Music & Dance has been providing music lessons for all ages in Burlington, Waterdown and surrounding areas since 1996. We have since grown to 3 locations in total. Our Burlington and St. Catharines locations offer private music lessons for all ages in Piano, Guitar, Flute, Saxophone, Clarinet, Bass, Drums, Voice, Violin/fiddle, Theory and Kindermusik classes for newborn to 7. In early 2010 the school added dance studios and is now offering preschool and Kindergarten dance classes and Musical Theatre classes. Our Oakville studio currently offers Kindermusik classes only. We are passionately committed to bringing the joy of music and dance into the student's everyday life. We achieve this goal through offering much more than just a weekly lesson. From a student's earliest beginnings in Kindermusik to regular performance opportunities, ensemble programmes, masterclasses, workshops and field trips.everyone can experience the joy of music and dance! The Performance School of Music & Dance believes that each student is different especially when it comes to learning styles. That is why we offer both private and group instruction for music lessons. The best way for anyone to learn how to play an instrument is in an environment that is comfortable and inspiring We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour private music lessons for all instruments. Our group music classes are offered for guitar, and piano. Our music teachers have university training in the instruments that they teach. We teach students from beginners to very advanced. Class sizes are small for all of our dance classes ensuring that each student will have sufficient time with the teacher. The Preschool classes are 30 minutes in length and the Kindergarten classes are 60 minutes. The Musical Theatre classes are 60 minutes and are taught by 2 specialists, one in dance and one in voice to ensure proper vocal technique. With music and dance locations in Burlington and St. Catharines we have a convenient location near you. |
